Couple steals furniture from Westfield Citrus Park Mall

A couple decided to do some after hours furniture shopping at the Westfield Mall in Citrus Park.

On Friday, Hillsborough deputies released surveillance video showing the theft, which happened after the mall closed on January 7th.  The man and woman remained inside the mall, and between 9:40 and 9:55 p.m., they removed a chair valued at over $1,800 for the concourse.  Authorities say the couple carried the lounge chair through emergency doors and into the parking lot.

Deputies believe the man is 26-28 years of age, 6'1"-6'2", 170 lbs., with crew cut brown hair. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and dark pants.  They believe the woman is 17-20 years of age, 5'4"-5'6", 130 lbs., with long dark hair.  She was last seen wearing a letterman's jacket and dark pants.

Authorities are asking for your help. Anyone with any information about this case is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 247-8200 or anyone with any information regarding the identity and whereabouts of these suspects and who wants to be eligible for a cash reward is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS (8477), report anonymously online at http://www.crimestopperstb.com or text "CSTB plus your tip" to C-R-I-M-E-S (274637).
