Tampa Downtown Partnership's program Do the Local Motion invites everyone to a dance-walk around downtown Tampa this Friday.
The event will start at noon at Lykes Gaslight Square Park. The dancing tour will stop at the Downtown Y for a Zumba lesson and at Tropical Smoothie for a cool treat.
Dance-walking is a popular fitness trend, according to the event organizers.
Do the Local Motion is a program aimed at discovering downtown Tampa and being physically active at the same time.
