TAMPA, FL (WFLA) -

You won't be spending any more nights, listening to music at "The Gary"

The 1-800-Ask-Gary Amphitheater now has a new name: the Live Nation Amphitheater.

According to our coverage partners at the Tampa Tribune, the venue's naming rights deal expired on December 31, but the officials did not comment on the new name.

The venue's name was initially the Ford Amphitheater. The legal and medical referral service 1-800-Ask-Gary purchased the naming rights in 2010.

The name stirred up a controversy in the area but remained in place till the end of December of last year.

The banners inside and outside of the arena are being changed.
