Hugh and Buffet have made their pick for the Super Bowl.
They are manatees that live in the Aquarium at Mote Marine Laboratory in Sarasota. For the past five years they have picked the winning team a few days before the big game.
Buffet has been right five out of five times, Hugh has picked the right team three times.
They select a team by swimming to the targets attached to the tank wall marked with the team logos.
These mammals are the world's most trained of this kind, the Mote Laboratory workers said. The manatees participate in the 14-year-long research by the Mote Laboratory which studies the animals' sensory abilities.
The study helps protect the endangered animals, the researchers said.
So who did they pick? Hugh and Buffet both say the Ravens are a safe bet.
You can visit the two manatees every day in the Aquarium at Mote, at 1600 Ken Thompson Parkway in Sarasota. More information on mote.org
