PASCO COUNTY, FL -
Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward up to $1,000 for information that will lead to the arrest of a suspected murderer.
The Major Crime Bureau detectives of Pasco County have a warrant for the arrest of Robert Allen Shelly, 51. The charge is 1st degree murder.
The police reported, Shelly murdered 53-year-old Darrell Bland at a homeless camp in Pasco. The police found his body on January 26.
Anyone with information about this crime may be eligible for the reward.
