Gun possession arrest in middle school - WFLA-TV News Channel 8

North Port Police responded to a gun possession call from Imagine Middle School on Tuesday.
Investigators say they found a 9mm handgun in the backpack of a 13-year-old student. Another student involved in the incident had brought the gun to school, the investigation revealed.
The police arrested both students with the charges of possession of a firearm while on school property.
The gun was not loaded.
