A leaking water main is prompting officials in Tampa to close part of southbound 40th Street.
Tampa officials shut down part of 40th Street because of a water main leak.
Officials said they were shutting down southbound 40th Street at the intersection with River Hills Drive. Southbound 40th Street traffic is being detoured off at Greenwood Avenue, officials said.
Crews expect to have repairs completed by later this afternoon.
