Charles Ross of Bradenton, is very proud of the videos he's posted on YouTube. With his friend shooting, he's pulled pranks of a number of people. On camera, he's seen doing hand stands over people sun bathing on the beach. He goes up to random strangers, male and female and plants a big kiss on their lips. He jumps on the backs of other strangers wearing a pink pig suit.
But on Sunday night, a prank he pulled at the Royal Palm Theater on 26th Street got him in trouble with the law. As a friend rolled tape, he walked up to men at the theater and gave them a "wedgie."
If you aren't sure what that is, it means to grab someone's underwear and give it a firm yank. Ross was cited for battery and spent a night in jail.
For Ross, the arrest is just part of the price to pay.
"Some people get offended at some of the stuff I do. I understand it. I don't know if I necessarily say that wouldn't do it or regret doing it, but I do understand why they'd be mad" said Ross.
Sunday's arrest isn't the first for Ross. There have been others. But the trip to jail this time may cause him to change his YouTube ways.
"I'll probably try to think of more things that are causing me to be the victim rather than other people" he said.
