Isolated storms Thursday evening - WFLA News Channel 8

Isolated storms Thursday evening

Updated:

Isolated storms will be mainly east of I-75 Thursday evening, although a few more showers may move onshore from the Gulf. Overnight expect some lingering clouds and temps staying warm near 80 degrees.

“On Friday an onshore wind flow is expected again and that means the chance of more morning showers,” said Storm Team 8 Meteorologist Julie Phillips.

The rain will push to around I-75 by noon Friday. Friday afternoon and evening the better rain chances move into our inland locations. Highs will be near average at 90 degrees.

Saturday will be similar to Friday. There is a chance of a morning shower, but better rain chances appear Saturday afternoon east of I-75. There is a 40 percent chance of rain overall with a high near 91.
