Surveillance video shows the gunman come through the door at the Love Shack at 3910 West Osborne Avenue, Tampa, aim a pistol at the people inside, and demand money.
Investigators say it happened on January 1, sometime between midnight at 10:50 a.m.
The gunman was wearing a black sweatshirt with white and red lettering on the front, blue skinny jeans and white Converse sneakers.
Anyone with information should call CrimeStoppers, at 1-800-873-TIPS. A tip that leads to an arrest could be eligible for a $1,000 reward.
