ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WCMH) - An adorable moment in a Florida airport is touching hearts across the country.
A woman named Monica shared the picture on the Facebook page Saginaw Love.
“I flew home from St Pete’s last night, next to a wonderful woman from Saginaw. I would love for her to find this picture, but I never caught her name. The little boy in this photo is hers, These two kids were total strangers and the little girl just scooped her little man’s hand right into hers! This is our future, this can && should be our future- colorfree, yet so colorful ❤️ help me find her!” said Monica.
With the help of social media and the airline, Monica was able to track down the little boy and his mother, WNEM reported.
"The little girl asked my son, 'do you want to hold my hand?' And he said yes. And she grabbed his hand and they walked through the airport," Kenya Menzies-Peoples said.
Both parents remarked that the actions of the two children show the type of love that the world could use more of.
"I turned to Tay's mom and I said, 'you know. Isn't that just awesome? Don't you wish the rest of the world could look at other people like they do?' There's no judgment. There's nothing. That's all they see is friends having fun and love," said Nicole McCluskey, the girl’s mom.
