PHOTOS: Thieves take 30-35 bikes from Brandon bicycle shop

WFLA Web Staff - BRANDON, Fla. (WFLA) - Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office detectives are asking for help catching the thieves who stole at least 30 bikes from a Brandon bicycle shop.

They hope surveillance photos will lead to their arrest. Investigators say on Sept. 27 the suspects broke into the King Cycles bicycle shop located at 733 Lumsden Road.

Once inside, the suspects removed 30-35 mountain bikes, in addition to other merchandise.

One of the suspects was captured on surveillance video. Investigators think the suspects may have used a box truck or trailer.

The suspect recorded by surveillance cameras is 5' 7" tall, he weighs 230 lbs. and is heavy set with a large belly and red or brown short hair.

He was last seen wearing a camouflage hat, a blue bandanna on his face, black jeans, a green long sleeve short and black sneakers.
