    The latest update (11AM) from the NHC shows that Tropical Storm Cristobal has strengthened with sustained winds of 45 mph and wind gusts to 60 mph. According to Meteorologist Bryan Bennett, the storm is located in the southeastern Bahamas where tropical storm warnings are currently in effect.
